- The XHTML as text.docx shows the sample index’s codes in XHTML, or the same view you would get if you used ‘view source’ on the web (download)
- University of Adelaide ebooks converts out of copyright books to ebooks and activates the index, as well as spending time on presentation. They offer books in several ebook formats.
